As a TranSenda client, you receive technical support with your annual maintenance agreement. Our goal is to ensure that you receive prompt, courteous service, and a resolution that meets your needs. Each support request is tracked and monitored from the first customer contact to final resolution. Escalation processes based on issue severity ensure that mission-critical problems are quickly resolved through the assignment of additional resources around the clock.

Our customer support philosophy is to provide easy access to information and solutions in order to avoid problems before they occur. We proactively inform our customers about new releases, patch releases, and other critical information.

As a TranSenda customer, you will receive:

  • Telephone Support. Seasoned technical support engineers will provide timely technical support during regular business hours through this dedicated support telephone number.
  • Email Support. For issues that require attachments or screen shots, or if email is a more convenient way to communicate, a dedicated support email address delivers issues directly to our technical support team.
  • Escalation of Mission-Critical Issues. Guaranteed response times for high priority issues outside of regular business hours 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
  • Product Updates and Fixes. You automatically receive fixes, updates, user tips, and techniques.
