Web-Based Technology
Office-Smart Clinical Trial Manager is based upon Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, an integrated suite of server capabilities that supports all intranet, extranet, and Web applications. Built with Microsoft's .NET technology, Office-Smart Clinical Trial Manager is web-enabled by design.
Integration Capabilities
TranSenda's open standards architecture, based upon Microsoft's .NET technology, allows applications to integrate with legacy systems and other solutions. In addition, patent-pending ClinBUS technology enables the exchange and presentation of data from multiple systems to internal and external users in real-time utilizing industry standards such as CDISC or other XML-based conventions. Maximum interoperability is maintained through links to outside third-party applications or databases for complete end-to-end trial management.
The System
All TranSenda solutions are powered by TranSenda Central—a system of integrated modules that share a process-based platform of common functionality. Integrated modular solutions form a flexible and expandable clinical trial system that can be readily modified with changing needs and regulations. In addition, the system supports 21 CFR Part 11 compliance for all TranSenda applications.
